September cocktail: Clover Club
This is a great, classic cocktail. Boozy, sweet, sour – everything you could possibly want!
20ml Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
20ml Raspberry Syrup
1 Egg White
Garnish: 3 Raspberries
Add all the ingredients into a Boston shaker and dry shake, without ice, to get your ingredients well mixed and foamy. Add ice and shake again until ice cold. Serve into a martini glass and top with fresh raspberries.
