Christmas Side Car

Looking for a new cocktail to try this Christmas? Look no further! We love trying out new cocktail recipes here at Lettice HQ and have come up with the Christmas Spiced Sidecar

Step 1:

Add Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Stem Ginger & Star Anise to a bottle of brandy and let them sit at least overnight – the longer the better!

Step 2:

Mix the following ingredients, stirring over plenty of ice:

• 35ml of your spiced Brandy
• 35ml of Cointreau or Grand Marnier
• 35ml of fresh lemon juice

Step 3:

Garnish with fresh spices, cranberries and dehydrated orange segments
