
Wild Garlic Pesto

With wild garlic springing up on all over the country now, we have made a delicious pesto recipe to make the most of it!
Ingredients:
- 150g Wild Garlic
- 150g British Rapeseed Oil
- 50g Parmesan
- 50g Toasted Pine Nuts
- Juice of half a lemon
- Coarse cracked Black pepper
Add the wild garlic, toasted pine nuts and parmesan to a food processor to create a coarse paste. Add the oil and lemon juice, stirring with a spoon and season to taste. Add plenty of pepper to make this really pop!
